Terms and Conditions

Order

You can place order through our website or by email, fax, telephone or by visiting our factory.

We are accepting order from minimum 1 container 20 feet. There is no limit for quantity of each design.

We are accepting your design and any changes on our design that will fit your requirement is also accepted.

Delivery Time

8 weeks from confirming order. Confirmed order means receiving down payment or L/C

Packing

We are using foam sheet, white foam and single face paper in top. We can pack according to your requirement but it will be on buyer’s account

Payment

All our prices are based on F.O.T. Jepara, Indonesia. There is additional fixed cost applied from F.O.T. (Free on Truck ex factory) to F.O.B. Semarang Port, Indonesia

We are able to handle the sea freight with competitive rate. In any case, the sea freight will be paid at final destination

By Letter of Credit (L/C) The L/C must fulfil the following criteria to avoid later amendments :

Irrevocable
Payable at sight
Confirmed (must be added by advising bank)
Issued from recognized bank
Shipment latest 3 months
- Credit valid for 3 months
- Expiry place is Indonesia
Partial shipment allowed
- Transhipment allowed
Bill of Lading consigned to order of issuing bank
- Fees and banking charges are to applicant
- Documents are to be presented to advising bank
Clearing against following documents :Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading stamped shipped on board
Percentage credit amount tolerance +/- 10%
L/C should be advised through our bank BANK INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA, KUDUS BRANCH, INDONESIA

By Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

Down payment of 50% will be paid by TT to our account. Copy of the telex transfer will be emailed or faxed to us
The balance payment 50% will be done after receiving copy of Bill of Lading stamped shipped on board, Invoice and Packing List by email or fax

Inspection

The buyer is allowed to inspect the goods by his representative at any time during production and before stuffing

Claim

Any claim must be with evidence such as:

Photograph that will show clearly the damage for each item

We are not responsible for breakage that will cause due to mishandling by buyer or his employees

We are not responsible for any damage that will cause through the transportation and during offloading in buyer’s place

Warantee

Any damage caused to furniture by our wrong construction will be replaced free of charge by our company in next shipment
Any cracking that will cause by wrong construction due to wood not dry, if customer repaired, we will reimburse the cost of repair. If it is behind repair, the furniture will be replaced free of charge
Any insect damage during the first six months after furniture arrived to destination, will be replaced in condition that our furniture do not mix with other furniture that has insect
